Throughout the years, our firm has been dedicated to promoting the advancement of minority representation in the legal field.  We are proud to state that three of our former minority attorneys now preside as judges in the Courts of Common Pleas in Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties. As of October 2022, over 30% of our attorneys, 40% of our partners, and 69% of our overall professional staff consist of women and other minority hires.

We strive to retain women- and minority-owned businesses through our vendor partnerships with court reporting agencies, record production companies, suppliers, and technical assistants.
