Stuart J. Wolf is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC where he practices with the firm’s General Liability Department. Stuart concentrates his practice in the areas of premises liability, products liability, and insurance defense.
Stuart earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. While in law school, Stuart served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office and the Pennsylvania Department of State, where he worked for the Hearing Examiner’s Office, drafting opinions in professional liability matters. Stuart then served as law clerk to the Honorable William J. Martin, President Judge of the Indiana County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to joining Naulty, Stuart worked as an associate at a Philadelphia defense firm, where he represented insurance carriers and their insureds in premises liability matters, motor vehicle claims, medical malpractice and professional liability claims.
