Stacy L. Montgomery, Jr., is an associate at the Philadelphia office of Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC. Mr. Montgomery practices within the firm’s General Liability and Medical Malpractice Departments. His practice focuses on defending clients in an array of complex personal injury cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, products liability, and premises liability.
Mr. Montgomery has significant litigation experience representing his clients in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has successfully defended clients from liability in many cases involving catastrophic injuries. Mr. Montgomery prides himself on working closely with clients, outside counsel, and claims adjusters to coordinate case strategy. He is adept at providing extensive evaluations and preparing cases for a favorable outcome at trial.
Mr. Montgomery is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He obtained his B.A. from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania in 2014, and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2021. When he is away from the office, Mr. Montgomery enjoys spending time with family and close friends. He also enjoys traveling, reading, Formula 1 racing, and football.
