Of Counsel at Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt LLC effective January 1, 2023, Ron continues to service his clients’ litigation needs and remains available for consultation on any legal issues involving Pennsylvania and New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Law and Procedure.
Ron was an Equity Partner with the Firm and served as Workers’ Compensation Department Chairperson from April, 2005 through December 31, 2022. He continues his licensure to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, concentrating in the area of Workers’ Compensation defense litigation in both jurisdictions. Ron received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University in 1977 and his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in 1989. He remains a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Delaware County Bar Association.
His future plans include continuing to work remotely while splitting time between his primary residence in the Philadelphia area and his second home in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
