Michael J. Follett is Of Counsel at the Philadelphia and Delaware offices of Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC, where he practices with the firm’s General Liability Department. Michael focuses his practice in the areas of premises liability, products liability, construction liability and insurance defense.
Michael is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the State of Delaware. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
Michael graduated from the University of Delaware in 2008 where he majored in History, with a minor in Economics. Subsequently, Michael earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 2011; Michael also earned an MBA from Widener University School of Business, contemporaneously, in a dual JD/MBA program. While attending law school, Michael served as a competitor and coach in International Moot Court and judge for the Ruby R. Vale Interscholastic Corporate Moot Court Competition. Michael also assisted Dean Linda Ammons with her report on Child Abuse in the State of Delaware, and he was published in the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
After earning his Juris Doctor, Michael served as law clerk to the Honorable Justice Thomas Saylor of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, PA. Michael is also a board member for the Delaware Center for Homeless Veterans.
