Kristyn M. Haviland is an associate in the Media office of Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC where she practices with the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department.
Kristyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, with Government Department Honors from Suffolk University in 2013. While there she was induced in the National Political Science and National History Honor Societies. She earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2016 and while there she was the President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Kristyn also was a law student counselor at the Villanova University School of Law’s Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship.
After earning her Juris Doctor, Kristyn clerked for The Honorable Judge Timothy Chell in the Superior Court of New Jersey and worked at a workers’ compensation insurance defense firm in Haddonfield, New Jersey before joining Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC. Kristyn has been selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star since 2021. Kristyn is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
