Kenneth S. Fair is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC and practices with the firm’s Insurance Defense Department. Ken, who joined the firm in 2002, focuses his practice on general liability and medical malpractice defense litigation.
Ken is an AV rated attorney with over twenty years experience litigating complex general and professional liability claims. He has represented commercial and residential property owners, developers and managers and medical professionals in all aspects of litigation from initial pleadings through trial. In addition, he has successfully resolved matters through alternate dispute resolutions including mediations and arbitrations.
A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Ken earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. He was awarded his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law in 1993. While in law school, Ken served as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He is also a recipient of the National Order of the Barrister for Trial Advocacy. Ken has served as a member of the Widener University School of Law Alumni Board.
Ken is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and Federal courts.
Ken lives with his wife and three daughters in Whitemarsh, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He serves as the Vice-Chair and Secretary of the Board of Directors for Simon’s Fund, a non-profit dedicated to raising awareness about the conditions that lead to sudden cardiac arrest and death in young athletes and children.
