Joseph Breymeier

Joseph A. Breymeier joined Naulty, Scaricamazza, & McDevitt, LLC in 1989, and is currently a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Joseph concentrates his practice in the areas of premises liability, motor vehicle claims, construction accidents, products liability, veterinarian malpractice, professional disciplinary matters and real estate litigation.
Joseph has over twenty-five years of experience representing public entities, self-insureds and insurance carriers. He has successfully litigated claims in the State and Federal Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Joseph is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, as well as the Justinian Society. In addition, he is a member of the Burlington County and Camden County Bar Associations. Joseph is a frequent lecturer and author on a number of liability issues. He coaches youth baseball, softball and basketball in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
Joseph earned his undergraduate degree from Rider University in 1986, and received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1989. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
