John F. McGreevey is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC and practices with the firm’s Medical Malpractice Defense Department. John focuses his practice on the defense of physicians, corporations and medical facilities in matters involving medical negligence and products liability.

With over twenty-five years of litigation experience, John has provided his clients, including doctors, dentists, healthcare providers and hospitals, with effective representation in over eighty major jury trials in Philadelphia and the surrounding region. John has represented physicians for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine, and he has lectured to health care providers and practice managers on issues involving risk management, personal and corporate asset protection, as well as HIPAA and Mcare compliance. Additionally, John has provided his service as a skilled mediator and negotiator of civil disputes where he has represented physicians and their practice groups in dozens of arbitrations and mediations.

A graduate of LaSalle University, John received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1988 and earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1991. John is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. John is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations.
