Amy C. Tice is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC. She focuses her civil defense litigation practice on medical malpractice, nursing home, and general liability cases.
Amy is keenly attuned to the profound impact legal representation has on the lives, livelihoods, and businesses of her clients. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Amy spent her career in criminal defense, where she focused primarily on Murder First Degree, Capital, and other serious felony cases in the post-conviction and appellate phases. She also served on defense trial teams for Murder First Degree cases. She brings to her civil defense practice extensive experience with high-stakes cases, evidentiary rules, research, and written pleadings.
Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers University in 2009 and her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Amy worked at the Delaware Civil Clinic, where she represented petitioners seeking Protection from Abuse Orders. Amy is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel where she serves on the Amicus Committee and Community Service Committee.
