Justin P. McGlynn is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC and practices with the firm’s Medical Malpractice Defense Department. Justin has over twenty years of experience in medical negligence litigation and has represented hospitals, physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers throughout the Philadelphia area. In recent years, he has represented psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, successfully applying Pennsylvania’s Mental Health Procedures Act in the defense of these cases. Justin has broad experience in civil litigation defense and has provided advice and counsel to clients in premises liability litigation, motor vehicle liability, products liability and insurance coverage disputes.
Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University in 1991. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1994. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
